This guide will instruct you on how to pair your RoscoLive cameras to your GO devices in MyGeotab
In the RoscoLive add-in, find the Camera Admin menu item and click it to navigate to the Camera Admin page. There you will see a table with the current cameras in your fleet, notice the column Paired GO Device.
Pairing
When a device is not paired, the icon button will be a red color and show a broken-link icon. Click this button to open up the pairing menu for that camera.
From the pairing menu, click in the search box and start typing the GO device name or serial number. When you see the GO device you are searching for in the drop-down list click it to select it.
After selecting a GO device, click Apply to pair the selected GO device to the camera. A message will appear letting you know it was successful. The icon button will now be white with a cloud icon indicating that camera is paired to a GO device. The GO device's name and serial number will now be displayed in the box as well.
Unpairing
To unpair a GO device from a camera, simply follow the same steps outlined in the Pairing section above, but when you open the pairing menu, instead of selecting a GO device simply erase the GO device in the text input box and click Apply. A message will appear letting you know it was successful.
