How to enable Rosco Live notifications?

This will guide you on the how to subscribe to all of the alerts and notifications on Rosco Live.

Locate your user settings page on Rosco Live

Step 1 - On your company Home page, locate and click on the user icon in the top right of your screen.

Step 2 - After clicking on your user icon, click the Settings option to go to the user settings page.

Step 3 - After changing your personalized settings, enable email and SMS notifications. - (link)

To enable a notification, click the toggle in the notification box.

A modal will appear to allow you to customize how you receive the notification. Each notification has the option of being sent through email and/or SMS.

 

If you select to receive notifications by Email then you will receive the notifications into the email account provided in your user account on ROSCOLive

 

If you select to receive notifications by SMS, you will receive the notifications via text message to the phone number provided. SMS requires you to select what Groups and/or Vehicles you would like to receive notifications for.

 

After you are satisfied with your selections, click Save to save the options for the notification.
NOTE: If you want to receive SMS notifications you must agree to Rosco Vision's SMS Notification Agreement.

For subscribed notifications, they will appear with a checkmark toggle.
