The Quarantine page on RoscoLive captures events that are being excessively generated by the camera.
The Quarantine page on RoscoLive captures events that are being excessively generated by the camera. This accomplishes multiple things:
- Saves time by keeping your Daily Events page clear of noisy and unimportant events so you can focus on more valuable events.
- Saves data from being wasted and consumed on excessive event video uploads.
- Saves money by preventing unnecessary video uploads from using data which can cause the data allowance to be used up in a short time as well as potential data overage costs.

How the Quarantine page works
When an event meets our definition of excessive and is placed into quarantine, the following occurs:
- Event video and snapshots are NOT requested for that event, even if that event type has video/snapshot enabled.
- The event is placed into the Quarantine page
Quarantine page actions
When an event is placed into the Quarantine page, the following actions are available:
By clicking View Trip, you can see what trip the event occurred on.
Clicking the Note button will open up a window where a text note can be left for the event.
Clicking the Request Video button will request a video for that event.
This action will also move the event to the Daily Events page on the date the event was created. The video will be viewable once it becomes available.
Clicking the Delete Event button will remove the event from the Quarantine page.
Only Partners, Fleet Managers, and Group Managers can delete events.
Use caution when deleting events as this cannot be undone
